Description: For infrared, we swapped the usual sweet, malty red playbook for a slug of dark Belgium candi syrup. The result is a dry, West Coast-style red built for hops, not heaviness.
Riding alongside those hidden fruit notes, we've ignited a blazing canopy of Amarillo & Audacia hops, supported by Citra & Chinook.
The result is a fiercely resinous strike of orange marmalade, sweet pine & red berry that burns bright & finishes unapologetically crisp.
