Expect resinous pine and grapefruit straight away, dank and unmistakable, with a passionfruit lift cutting through. The mid-palate brings stone fruit and berry underneath, all carried on that signature dank backbone, before a firm, clean, resinous bitterness closes it out.
Brewed as a pure expression of Simcoe, this single-hop DIPA is dank done properly, nothing blended, nothing softened, just a modern classic doing what it does best. The final chapter. Make it count.
