It pours a stunning shade of auburn, with a fluffy off white foam and a beautiful clean clarity. On the nose, it throws up delightful notes of toffee and caramel with a hint of crunchy biscuit. Take a sip and be cuddled up in a cosy hug that brings a malt forward body, with a lightly balanced bitterness that carries right the way through. There's plenty of toasty and toffee notes, but also a layer of clean refreshment that comes through on the finish. The perfect late winter lager!
