Description: Nothing But The Best is a new single hop West Coast IPA series where we'll be taking a deeper dive into some of our favourite hop varieties. First up - Mosaic! We've taken a super light and lean pilsner malt base then smashed it with a hit of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo and Mosaic LUPOMAX. The result is an insanely crushable and clean Westy that is popping with Mosaic goodness. Massive hits of blueberry dank, sticky mango and orange notes that are reminiscent of ice cold Sunkist. The palate is clean and dry, with a snappy and refreshing bitterness that fades slowly into the sunset after each sip.
