Description: Soft, bright and loaded with expressive hop character, this NEIPA brings together Cashmere, Simcoe and Cryo Motueka in a carefully layered profile built for maximum vibrancy.
Pouring a dense, pale haze with a pillowy body, the aroma opens with ripe lime zest, fresh melon and soft tropical tones. Cashmere leads with its signature cushioned fruit profile, think honeydew and gentle coconut, while Simcoe adds a deeper resinous edge and notes of peach and ripe stone fruit. Cryo Motueka lifts the whole expression with concentrated citrus oil, sweet lemon and a clean, cool finish.
The palate is smooth and rounded with a subtle sweetness that carries the hops without weighing them down. Low bitterness keeps the focus firmly on juice-forward flavour and fresh hop expression, finishing bright, silky and endlessly drinkable.
