Description: A two part series in which we've used all ingredients from their respective regions to showcase the local terroir. Each batch is brewed identically with a simple malt bill of pale malt, oats and wheat from respective local producers, then fermented with a local hazy IPA strain. The resulting beers are remarkably unique and in our opinion pretty stunning examples of each country's local produce.
Cheers is a 100% Australian ingredient Hazy IPA which we've dosed with Galaxy, Vic Secret and Eclipse. In the glass it’s pouring a beautiful opaque, juicy haze. On the nose it’s big intense hits of overripe pineapple, fleshy citrus and a fresh kick of passionfruit. Take a swig and you’ll be greeted with those same vibrant flavours, with a beautiful sherbet, pink grapefruit citrus cutting through. The body is full and creamy with a crisp dryness on the backend. Australian hops in all their glory.
