Description: Play It Cool is an absolutely bangin’ DDH Cali IPA, which we have absolutely soaked with Citra Incognito, Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy. A clean and crispy all Pilsner malt base as all good Cali’s should be, to really let those hops shine, and boy do those hops shine. Up front we’re getting a beautiful oily resinous mouthfeel from the incognito, that’s all citrus punch. We’re going back and forth with bright, punchy citrus and overripe mango waves, and then the Nelson jumps back in with its signature savvy b with a touch of dank layers that go on for days. The finish is crispy and bright with a clean, dry bitterness. We’re trying to play it cool here, but this may be one of our favourite Cali’s to date.
