Using such a lean malt base, Layering some awesome hops in Simcoe & Centennial on the hot side then hitting it with a generous dry Hop of Selected Simcoe, Centennial & Citra. This is full of punchy, aromatic, candy citrus fruit character, a mild bitterness & a rounded mouthfeel. An IPA that will satisfy a serious hop lover but also one that is extremely Pintable..
