Brewery: Bracket Brewing
Style: TIPA
Volume: 440ml
ABV: 9.4%
Locality: Marrickville, NSW
Hops: Motueka, Mosaic & Southern Cross
Description: The only crash you'll be happy to see. We used Southern Cross three ways: in the whirlpool, in the dry hop, and again as HopKief. Mosaic and Motueka do the rest.
Gummy bears on the nose, then passionfruit, peach and stonefruit on the palate. It's pillowy and silky, and at 9.4% it hides the strength far better than it should. Handle with care.
