Description: For this birthday special WC Pils we decided to raise the stakes. We used a thiol rich floor malted Pilsner malt and fermented with a blend of our traditional WC Pils strain and a new thiolised lager strain to drive up the base character, before dry hopping heavily with Nelson Sauvin and a small amount of Southern Cross for a bigger, more complex hop character!
