Description: We are back brewing with our best mates from the NSW South Coast, Dangerous Ales. This time, we invited Damo and the crew up to the Mountains for a little get away and to brew two polar opposite yet equally epic beers.
Damo has hooked us up with a berry farm load of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries to blend through this 7.5% sour. In fact, this beer represents the most fruit per litre that we have ever added to a Mountain Culture beer. A 'dangerous' amount one might say. Carried by a refreshing sourness, this beer is balanced with freshly, hand sliced vanilla beans to create the ultimate escape from our comfort zone.
