Description: Ambrosia is our attempt at the coveted “Eton Mess” dessert but in a can. A topped-up-to-the-brim sour with an oat-heavy base and a touch of wheat for a full body, we’ve gone and double-soured it with our house lacto culture for a robust tartness. Then, we've added a brain-melting amount of strawberry, boysenberry, ice cream, meringue, banana, lactose, and choc chips, along with kisses of pink and white marshmallows, and a hint of vanilla for good measure. Look it up. Wipe it down. Either way it’s an absolute glorious mess.
