Description: Sol Clap is a brand new West Coast Pilsner, considered the first cousin of the Cali IPA, taking easy breezy to a whole new level. With a simple and subtle base of pilsner and chit malt, a clean bitterness, and a whole lot of drinkability defo do not get in the way of the focus here – the hops. Yummo! Brewed with a neutral and high-attenuating yeast strain, we reckon this is one of the easiest ways to enjoy the best of what fresh Strata, Rakau, and Motueka hops have to offer.
