Description: A diabolical juxtaposition of two Parish classics, Ghost & Canebrake, gives us Braincake, a double IPA that mashes everything we love about each (the hops & the wheat, respectively) in a single concoction. Featuring a triple-wheat malt profile of wheat malt, flaked wheat, and unmalted wheat, Braincake blankets the tongue with a feathery, golden-fleece-like mouthfeel. Aromas of sweet berry cobbler waft from a generous dry-hop of Strata, Citra, and Cashmere with a clean tropical finish of bright mango and guava.
