Description: Is it that time of year already? With Autumn just around the corner we wanted to be ready for the seasons to change, so we’ve cooked up Crossroads, a brand new Red IPA. We’ve gone with a generous helping of Mosaic and Citra, then finished it off with a modern twist with a hit of Strata. We start with a deep auburn colour that pours crystal clear with a toasty little off-white foam. On the nose we're getting whiffs of blueberry, ripe mango and candied citrus peel. Take a sip and upfront you'll be met with a beautifully balanced malt profile that highlights the light caramel malts featured in this beer. On the hop side of things we’re getting big hits of dark berry, orange marmalade and pine, finishing with a resinous snap and a clean, assertive bitterness.
