Description: Double—Hyphen — a double dry-hopped West Coast IPA that doesn’t hold back. Glowing vibrant gold in the glass, it’s bright and lean, pulling you straight in. On the nose: sharp pine resin, citrus oil, and dank lift. First sip cuts with a bitter–orange twist, clean and bracing, before rolling into Centennial marmalade depth. Citra, Mosaic, and Citra Cryo punch in juicy highlights, but bitterness stays firmly in charge — structured, snappy, drying. Slammed with hops for a full-stack blast of citrus, tropical, and just enough pine to remind you what beer tasted like before the bots took over. Brewed by humans — for humans — in open rebellion against algorithmic sameness. Double–Hyphen is the punctuation mark you can taste — direct, obvious, impossible to miss — If you know, you know.
