Description: Flashback is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we have loaded up with a fitting combo triple C hop combo of Centennial, Columbus and (NZ) Cascade. We wanted to throw it back to years gone by with this hop combo and remind ourselves of the beers that made us fall in love with this crazy game in the first place. But don't worry - we've kept the malt bill exactly the way it should be - lean, clean and clear. Letting the hops do every bit of the work, while still providing a base and body to carry the weight of the ABV through perfectly. This beer is pulsating with immense amounts of citrus and pine. Both on the aromas and the flavours we're being treated to an oldschool hit of sticky orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, fresh pine and a back of palate blast of resin that leads to a total full palate bitterness. There's no messing around here, the finish is a full on punch of bitterness and pine, entirely reminiscent of some of the all time greats.
