Description: Less Is More is a brand new West Coast-style IPA that we've laced with a Strata, Chinook, Citra and Mosaic Cryo hop combo. Now when we say Less Is More we definitely don't mean hops or flavour, more so the simplicity of what we think is a good, clean West Coast IPA, and that's this. A light coloured malt bill with a lean mouthfeel, fermented crispy dry. On the hop side of things, blueberry dankness, strawberry and fresh pine dominate on both the aroma and flavours. A crisp and assertive bittnerss builds throughout, and balances the fresh modern hop notes of Strata and Mosaic Cryo berries with a jaunt of Chinook grapefruit bitterness to finish. The backend is dry, crushable and is guaranteed to leave you wanting more.
