Description: Strike Three is a brand new West Coast-style IPA that we've ramped up with a beauty of a hop combo that features Riwaka Hop Kief, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic. Leaning slightly towards the more dank style, but with a modern juiciness coming through we are loving this Westy. Bright and clear on the pour with a deep yellow clarity shimmering through. On the nose it is sticky, dank and gooey and we love every bit of that. Knock back a sip and your entire palate will be drowned in tropical dankness that these hops are bringing in all their glory. We're getting gooey hits of stanky passionfruit, drippy orange and super fresh mango dankess. The bitterness flows right the way through the palate, never overpowering, but always there to say hello. The finish is saturating and hoppy, everything we want in a straight up West Coast IPA.
