Description: This Cali IPA is built on a clean, crisp malt profile using Atlas malt from Voyager Craft Malts, layered with Simcoe in all its forms: Simcoe DynaBoost and T90 in the whirlpool, Simcoe HyperBoost during active fermentation, and finished with a cold dry hop of Simcoe T90. Expect pineapple, citrus, and pine notes with an earthy finish for this not so simple Simcoe.
