Using fresh whey is a more sustainable practice – this whey has done its job for Long Paddock and now gets a second life in this beer.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a full-bodied stout, with a soft, creamy mouthfeel and smooth, roasty finish.
