Description: Lager is our pride and joy, our go-to beer for any occasion.
Lager is fermented cold and under pressure. Fermentation under pressure allows for better carbonation and better foam in the finished beer. Lager spends at least 35 days in the fermenter prior to packaging, this time in tank allows flavours to gently settle and develop over time.
Our Lager boasts flavours of fresh sourdough pretzel, soft minerality and a touch of lemony, citrusy zest thanks to a combination of classic German hops.
