Description: Stranded, alone and ill equipped for these harsh conditions? Quench that drying thirst with this Mango, Lime and Chilli sour. A lacto co-ferment of a very light malty base, was secondary fermented with mango and lime puree. Post ferment, dehydrated habaneros were infused in the beer. The result is a fruity, spicey and refreshing modern sour.
Mango and chilli straight up, with a soft citrus backbone and tangy lemon-chilli finish. The mango brings an exotic element to the chilli, balancing the burn and allowing the subtle flavours underneath the habanero emerge. Will the colour shifting mango-chilli chameleon be the unlikely hero?
