Description: Let The Good Times Roll is a brand new Double IPA where we’ve tweaked our DIPA base to land with a slightly higher ABV, because sometimes more is more. We’ve loaded this one up with a juicy dry hop bill of Citra, Maui Nelson HopKief, Idaho 7 and Nelson Sauvin, then dialled the aroma up another notch with a finishing touch of Motueka Amplifire.
In the glass it pours a vibrant orange glow with a thick, creamy haze and a whippy white foam that just won’t quit. On the nose, Motueka Amplifire brings a zesty lime-lollipop lift, before Maui Nelson HopKief comes charging in with big tropical pineapple vibes.
Take a sip and it’s straight into sticky mango, pulpy pineapple and ripe tropical sweetness, with Nelson Sauvin adding that signature sauv blanc grape & gooseberry edge. Idaho 7 rounds it all out with lush stonefruit and a hint of tropical funk. The finish is soft, saturating and dangerously drinkable for something this big. End-of-summer tropics in full swing.
We’re letting the good times roll. You probably should too.
