Description: On The Horizon is our brand new (and our second ever) West Coast Triple IPA and we've absolutely smashed it with Mosaic Incognito, Citra, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin and Centenial. As far as Triple IPA's go, this one is up there with the most drinkable and balanced we've made. Our malt bill kicks us off with a light golden yellow colour and is kept simple and elegant with pale and pilsner malts. The colour is a vibrant light golden yellow, certainly leaning to a more new school WC TIPA vibe. As soon as your nose gets anywhere near this thing you'll smell the colour orange and nothing else. Sticky is the best way to describe it with big orange marmalade and vibrant squishy citrus coming out in big wafts. Take a swig and the stickiness continues with a resin hit that will hit you deep in your soul. Zesty and pithy citrus come next with a dank and slightly weedy note to finish things off. The finish is incredibly saturating and long winded with hop stickiness lasting for days balanced with a bitterness that is somehow extremely well hidden but also prominent at the same time. The only thing on the horizon here is hop heaven.
